You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

It must be returned in its original packaging

3. Return Procedure

To return a product:

Provide your order number
We will provide you with the return address
Send the package back using a tracked shipping service

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product
The wrong item
A defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, especially products that come into direct contact with food.
